Our title department researches the details and history of each and every property to identify potential problems, claims, or discrepancies that may interrupt a sale.
Our licensed abstractors conduct thorough research into all formal documents and activities affecting ownership of properties. They assist us in working with public records to address any potential issues with liens against the property.

Bismarck Title Company’s order entry department is responsible for entering all orders/data on behalf of our clientele as well as managing our customer service happenings on a day-to-day basis.
