Our Story

We opened our doors for business in Bismarck in 1987 and expanded into Mandan in 2007, when we opened Morton County Title Company. In addition to Bismarck/Mandan and all of Burleigh and Morton Counties, we provide title and closing services for all of North Dakota. From the beginning we have been helping North Dakotans realize the American dream of property ownership.

Any title company can handle closings and insure title. We have intimate knowledge of our industry and its complex laws, rules, standards and procedures. This foundational understanding sets us apart from other title companies.

We do the little and difficult things that often go unnoticed but are vital in ensuring all of our customer’s transactions are closed correctly, and the title to their property is perfect.
